He has more than 20 years of experience in the gastronomic industry. He developed his career in countries such as the United States, Brasil, Colombia, and Mexico in high quality hotel chains. 

He first identified with gastronomy when he experienced his passion for it, its great diversity of cultures, tastes, and textures.
