He has participated in diverse culinary events representing the cuisine of Baja California in Guadalajara, CDMX, Los Angeles, San Diego, Bogotá. He is proud to have cooked at a charity dinner for the James Beard Foundation in New York alongside Chef Javier Plascencia.
