Elena Reygadas (Mexico City, 1976) is a mother and cook. Her creative project is defined by the idea that cooking can, on the one hand, inspire sharing, joy, and blissful coexistence and, on the other hand, enhance the well-being of people and the earth.
Reygadas, who in 2014 was awarded the honor of Latin America’s Best Female Chef, has created her own world that has transformed the Mexican culinary scene. In addition to Rosetta, her flagship restaurant, she is owner of Lardo, Café Nin and three bakeries.
