VANESSA FRANCO

Vanessa is originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela. Her mother, an amateur cook, always had her by her side, curious and willing to experiment. She fell in love with desserts in a small restaurant run by a Greek chef, where she began her career as a pastry chef.

Then she went on to study and work in Colombia, and did a specialization in Buenos Aires, where she further developed a taste for the French style in pastry. In Mexico, she continued her journey as a pastry chef at Paul Bentley’s restaurants in Guadalajara. A few years later she moved to Mexico City to work as a pastry chef at M谩ximo Bistrot.

Vanessa defines herself as a restless whirlwind who gets antsy with the comfort of a safe space.

Vanessa es originaria de Maracaibo, Venezuela. Su mam谩, una cocinera aficionada, la ten铆a siempre a su lado, curiosa y dispuesta a experimentar. Se enamor贸 de los postres en un peque帽o restaurante al mando de un chef griego, donde comenz贸 su carrera como pastelera.

Entonces decidi贸 estudiar y trabajar en Colombia, e hizo una especializaci贸n en Buenos Aires, donde desarroll贸 a煤n m谩s un gusto por el estilo franc茅s en la pasteler铆a. Sigui贸 en M茅xico como Chef Pastelera de los restaurantes de Paul Bentley en Guadalajara. Luego se mud贸 a la Ciudad de M茅xico a trabajar como chef pastelera en M谩ximo Bistrot.

Vanessa se define a s铆 misma como un torbellino que no descansa y se inquieta con la comodidad de un lugar seguro.聽
