Born in San Francisco, California, into a family that made good eating and good drinking a way of life and strengthening ties.

His training in gastronomy took place as he passed through kitchens in different countries, where luck brought him to the right place at the right time.

He planned to open his own restaurant in California, but in one of his visits to the Mexican border, he arrived in Ensenada long before the local gastronomic boom, and fell in love with this port. Today at the helm of Datoni restaurant, Anthony is a great host who鈥檚 great at breaking the ice with his style, and at the same time, at being zealous of his dishes and proud of his attention to detail, like any worldly chef.

Su formaci贸n en la gastronom铆a se dio a su paso por las cocinas de distintos pa铆ses, donde la suerte lo puso en el lugar exacto y en el momento indicado.

Planeaba abrir su restaurante propio en California, pero en una de sus visitas a la frontera con M茅xico, lleg贸 a Ensenada cuando a煤n no iniciaba el boom de la cocina local y se enamor贸 de este puerto.

Hoy al frente de Datoni restaurant, Anthony es un gran anfitri贸n que sabe romper el hielo con su estilo, aunque se muestre celoso de sus platillos y orgulloso de su cuidado al detalle, como todo chef de mundo.
