Chef Diego Zavala comes from a family of teachers, his dad being one always used food as a way of bringing people together in his schools and with his family and friends. Studying a completely different thing in Queretaro Diego finds food as way of expressing his feelings towards his loved ones, next going to Tijuana to pursue his dream of learning more while working, there he found Mision 19, a very unorthodox restaurant that he found highly influenced by asian cuisine, that made him fall completely inlove with cooking, and the way restaurants operate, Mision prepared him to take over Agua De Vid’s restaurant Pancracia, and in a way continuing his dad’s legacy of bringing people together.
