Chef Anthony Petracca was born in San Francisco, California but grew up throughout Florence, Tuscany and Piedmont, Italy. He began cooking professionally at the age of 39 and worked in top kitchens throughout Italy, France and the United States.
In 2014, he became the Executive Chef of DaToni in Ensenada, where he has been able to incorporate the flavors of childhood.
