Recognized as the most celebrated butcher chef of the country, Mizrahi attributes the beginning of the meat revolution to Mexico and his friend and godfather Pat LaFrieda.

Known as the lord of meat representing the most exclusive brands from the United States, Mizrahi currently works as the Director of Meat alongside the CEO and Founder of the Sonora Grill Group, Ricardo Añorve. Together they will consolidate the meat revolution in Mexico, taking it to the most important capitals in the world.

He has cooked with world renowned chefs, those decorated with Michelin stars, important celebrities, and politicians such as: Paco Roncero, Kisko García, Javier Plascencia, Andrew Zimmern, Josh Capon, José Antonio Meade, Diego Luna, Camila Sodi, Armin Van Buuren, Steve Aoki, Eva Longoria, Alejandro Fernández, Maná, Diego Boneta, to name a few. He has been the stelar grill master of the “New York Wine & Food Festival” for two consecutive years.

He is recognized in the meat industry at a global level. His 360 methodology makes him stand out from the crowd, through which he has achieved a “farm to table” experience every day.
